Mosaic tile floors, stone columns and fabric-covered wall panels are complemented by heavy beamed ceilings, hand-blown chandeliers, and curvy wrought-iron railings. You must possess culinary creativity, strong knowledge of local, state and federal food sanitation regulations, comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full service restaurant culinary management experience.
- Upscale casual dining experience is preferred
- Culinary school graduate is a plus but not a requirement.
