Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Acute Care RN for patients undergoing Cardiovascular services, surgical services. Minimum 1 year PCU experience. EKG knowledge skills - IV Cardiac Medication administration. Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Vents, Chest Tubes, Epidural Catheters, PCA pumps, Transvenous pacing, Arterial or Venous Sheath pulling / care. Job Requirements 1 year PCU experience 1 year ICU and / or CVICU experience (Preferred) Active and in good standing AZ license BLS - AHA ACLS - AHA Schedule Information 7A-7P or 7P-7A 12 hour shifts days or nights, 3 shifts per week required. Upon discussion we may allow scheduling of 4 shifts per week at regular rates if the candidate prefers. Unit Specific Information Floats to the ICU and / or CVICU preferred so basic critical care skills - Arterial lines, sheath pulls Fast paced cardiac and cardiac surgery care; patients from cath lab w or w / o intervention, or 2-3 days PO open heart surgery. STEMI and NSTEMI, Also chronic vents, Alcohol withdrawal, suicidal ideation, New BiPAP or CPAP patients, Thorocotomies, Renal disease.
