Pay Range
$43.10 - $64.11 /hour
This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Employee Health Services within Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA, Worker's Compensation, ADA, and AZ Department of Health Services.
- Provides oversight for the administration of YRMC's Worker's Compensation program.
- Oversees new hire processing for YRMC associated clinics/hospitals.
- Oversees daily activities of Employee Health staff.
- Ensures immunization, TB surveillance compliance, FIT testing and OSHA/NIOSH compliance.
- Collaborates with leadership and staff across the organization in the delivery of all Employee Health programs
Job Requirements
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience in lieu of a degree
- Three (3) years healthcare experience
- Two (2) years leadership experience
PREFERRED
- Worker's Compensation Admnistration experience
- Registered Nurse AZ
