What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permit Technician Supervisor - Development Services (Cottonwood) position at Yavapai County Government?
Under general direction, oversees the day-to-day operations of the customer service and permitting staff. Responsible for intake and processing of building permits of complex difficulty for compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of general office experience to include one (1) year experience as a Permit Technician or equivalent position.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license without restrictions.
Must possess ICC Certification as Permit Technician at time of hire.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Capable of frequent repetitive movement of arms, fingers, and wrists. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
