Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience through a community of franchisees who are passionate about ice cream. The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core Values

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Open, close store.
- Hire, train other employees
- Make and Restock Ice cream, Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookie Sandwiches,waffles etc
- Keep the store ready for corporate, health department inspection
- Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
- Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
- Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Maintaining a clean, organized store

- At least 1 year food service leadership experience
- Cake Decorating experience is must
- Experience in motivating co-workers
- A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management
- Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
- The ability to work up to 8 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
- Customer Communication is a key requirement.
