Personal Lines Account Executive

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

• Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Prior Personal Lines account management experience ( 2 years preferred)
• Experience handling new business and renewals (policy servicing)
• Familiarity with agency/account systems (examples: EPIC, AMS360)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products.
• Assist clients in the claims process, offering guidance and support through every step.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
• Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to better serve clients.
