Role Description
This full-time Dermatologist role is an on-site position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Dermatologist will provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases, and benign and malignant lesions. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory and practice standards. The role also involves collaborating with plastic surgeons and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive care, educating patients on skin health and post-procedure care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. The Dermatologist is expected to maintain current knowledge of dermatologic therapies and emerging cosmetic techniques and uphold ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- Board-certified
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of skin conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Clinical expertise in assessing and treating acne and other common dermatologic disorders.
- Active medical license (or eligibility) to practice as a Dermatologist in Florida.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including plastic surgeons and nursing staff, and to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting.
