We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Dealership Biller to join our growing accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Process new and used vehicle sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit vehicle registrations, title documents, and funding paperwork.
- Verify deal jackets for accuracy and compliance with dealership and state requirements.
- Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Communicate with sales, finance, lenders, and DMV/MVD offices to resolve discrepancies.
- Process payoffs, warranties, rebates, and aftermarket product documentation.
- Maintain organized files and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership billing or automotive accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DealerTrack experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
