As a Commercial Sales Pest Control Technician, your primary role is to drive business growth by selling pest control services to commercial clients. You will diagnose pest issues, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships with businesses. This position requires a mix of technical pest control expertise and strong sales skills to develop.
Skills Needed:
- Proactively identify and pursue new commercial accounts within your designated territory.
- Develop customized pest control solutions for businesses, including luxury resorts, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial properties.
- Present and sell pest control services, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Book Keeping- Keep accurate records and scheduling of your schedule
- Customer Service- Friendly and polite when interacting with customers
Education and Training
- We provide PAID training! State law requires pest control technicians to pass certification exam additional training hours to keep license current.
