Server – Japanese Restaurant
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
We are a growing Japanese restaurant in Scottsdale, and we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Server to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous server experience at a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- A strong team player who works well and communicates respectfully with coworkers.
- Responsible and dependable, with the ability to take ownership of your duties.
- Able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
- Someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail, and is willing to help the team whenever needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
- Check on tables regularly and respond to guests’ needs.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Assist with To-Go orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate and work closely with other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff.
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures.
