Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale PeopleSoft Financials delivery programs. This role is focused on project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, delivery oversight, and team leadership rather than hands-on configuration or development.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing PeopleSoft Financials implementation, upgrade, or support programs and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Required Skills:
• 10 years of overall experience
• Minimum 5 years managing or delivering PeopleSoft Financials projects
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Procurement, etc.)
• Experience leading large teams and managing stakeholder communications
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, delivery governance, and status reporting
• Experience managing implementation, upgrade, and support projects
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end PeopleSoft Financials projects
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive project governance and executive reporting
