Role Summary :
The Informatics Specialist will act as main data expert for Manufacturing andQuality teams, leveraging expertise in SAP S4 HANA, Microsoft Azure and PowerBI to develop and support data-driven solutions. This role will focus ontransforming complex data into actionable insights to enhance manufacturing andquality processes in a regulated environment.
TheInformatics Specialist for Manufacturing & Quality will play a criticalrole in leveraging SAP S4 HANA & IQVIA’s capabilities to design, develop,and maintain manufacturing analytics and reporting solutions. The individualwill collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and ITto deliver actionable insights, optimize operations, and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Integration and Management :
o Configureand maintain data flows between SAP S4 HANA, IQVIA, Quality Management Systems,Azure Cloud Platform and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
o Ensureseamless data integration across manufacturing, quality, and supply chainsystems.
o Implementand enforce data governance and quality standards.
o Design and implement comprehensivereporting solutions for production performance, inventory management, andquality metrics.
o Analyze manufacturing data toidentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
o Develop intuitivedashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights intomanufacturing and quality performance.
o Provide trend analysis onquality metrics, production efficiency, and compliance performance.
o Collaboratewith manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to gather reportingrequirements and deliver customized solutions.
o Trainstakeholders on data tools and analytics best practices to empower data-drivendecision-making.
o Workclosely with internal partners to resolve system issues and enhance datacapabilities.
o Identifyopportunities for process optimization through data analysis.
o Evaluatenew tools and technologies to enhance manufacturing and quality informaticscapabilities.
o Leador support initiatives to automate and streamline reporting processes.
