What You’ll Do
- Prepare, assemble, and cook high-quality pizzas to recipe and quality standards
- Handle pizza components like dough (as applicable), sauces, cheeses, toppings, and garnishes
- Maintain speed and consistency during service while keeping presentation on point
- Support daily kitchen prep (slicing, dicing, chopping, portioning, sauces, dressings, and more)
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards (labeling, dating, storage, FIFO rotation)
- Set up, stock, clean, and break down your station
- Work closely with the Chef team and communicate needs clearly (inventory, quality, equipment)
- 1 year of culinary experience (pizza experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knife skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Team-first attitude and openness to feedback
- ServSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or ability to obtain)
- Noise
- Exposure to fumes, odors, dust, and hazards (e.g., extreme temperatures, slippery/uneven surfaces)
