Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation through cold calling and strategic prospecting. This role is critical to building our sales pipeline and creating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at engaging decision-makers, and energized by turning cold prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily
Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
Research target accounts and key decision-makers
Deliver compelling value propositions and effectively communicate our SaaS offering
Schedule product demos and meetings with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals
Qualifications
Required:
1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (SaaS preferred)
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and quota targets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Preferred:
Experience in B2B SaaS sales environment
Experience using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft
