This is a full-time, on-site Crew Lead role based in Raleigh, NC. The Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing landscape projects, supervising a team, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Daily tasks include managing schedules, providing guidance to crew members, performing landscaping duties, monitoring job site safety, and maintaining equipment. The Crew Lead will also communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Expertise in landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment usage.
- Experience in project coordination, schedule management, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and proper equipment maintenance practices.
