Role Description The Business Developer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting revenue growth across Yardnique’s service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with operations and account management to ensure client needs are accurately understood and met. The Business Developer will monitor industry trends, participate in networking events and client meetings, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. The position involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, understand industry trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and build lasting professional relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within landscaping, property management, or related service industries.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-person client visits in the Charlotte, NC area and remote work as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
