Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager based in Columbus, OH. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles. This person will develop and enhance employer branding strategies and work closely with internal teams to meet staffing goals. Additionally, the role requires identifying, engaging, and nurturing diverse talent pools while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and comprehensive Hiring processes
- Skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates across diverse roles
- Experience in Recruiting strategies and Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, systems, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the landscape, construction, or service industry is a plus
