We’re looking for one person to be the right hand to our lead operator. Mowing, landscaping, bed work, and whatever the day needs. No task is beneath you. No detail is too small. You’ll work with someone who takes pride in this work and will invest in you because of it.
What matters most: you show up, you care how things look when you leave, and you treat teammates and customers the same way. English required. Spanish is a real plus. Hardscape experience is a bonus.
Pay is performance-based and will be $20 to $25 per hour. The right person grows into crew lead and eventually a second operator role. We’re not filling a spot, we’re building a high-performing team.
