In this role, you'll handle incoming and outgoing packages, deliver mail across the Yardi campus, keep supply areas stocked, and make sure shipping materials are prepped and ready to go. You’ll also assist with facilities tasks like setting up for meetings and maintaining our coffee stations—because we all know coffee keeps the wheels turning! What You’ll Do:
- Support the shipping and mailing needs of Yardi’s 600 employee campus across three buildings in Goleta, CA.
- Work as part of the Shipping team to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- High school degree or GED with experience commensurate with job requirements
- Basic experience of Shipping/Receiving and Facilities
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field
