About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping clients get the most out of their Yardi software? We're looking for a driven Consultant with accounting experience to join our team and guide clients through successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Yardi solutions. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients streamline operations and achieve their business goals. From system configuration to troubleshooting and training, you'll be a trusted resource throughout the client journey. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and accounting implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five plus (5 ) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients

• Ability to travel up to 40%
