About the Role:

Yardi is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and innovate in our Marketing department. This role involves creating high-quality marketing materials while staying ahead of design trends. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will not only set the standard for Yardi's visual identity but also inspire and mentor a group of talented designers. Collaborating across departments, you will be a key player in transforming our corporate vision into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience. What You'll Do:

• Multichannel Graphic Design: Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects for both internal and external marketing communications.
• Leadership and Influence: Regularly interact with creative management to shape brand initiatives and lead large design projects from start to finish.
• Brand Evolution: Stay abreast of design trends to continually evolve our brand and standards.
• Team Supervision: Guide and supervise junior and intermediate designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Innovative Design Execution: Translate creative direction into impactful designs using a variety of elements including typography, color, texture, and space.
• Consumer Experience Focus: Seek innovative ways to design for consumer experiences across graphics, photography, and digital media.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, project managers, and senior leadership to integrate design strategies.
• Storytelling Through Design: Use both 2D and 3D design to create compelling brand narratives.
• Effective Communication: Present design concepts effectively and articulate their impact on the brand.
• Dynamic Work Management: Handle multiple work priorities, adapting to changes while maintaining quality.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Art, Film Studies, or related field, or an equivalent professional portfolio.
• 8 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong background in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, animation software, and SketchUp.
• Prior experience in Marketing.
• Exceptional design skills with the ability to quickly translate direction into design.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and unify a design team.
• Ability to teach and mentor others in design principles and technology.
• High level of self-motivation and commitment to producing quality work.
• Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Helpful to have:

• Experience in real estate or software industries.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or consultants.

Annual compensation range $84,800 - $95,400
