Your Internship:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with our University/College TA team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and interns across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for students who enjoy organization, communication, and problem solving, and who want to understand how recruiting works inside a fast-growing SaaS company.

Your Impact:

A typical day as a Talent Acquisition Intern may include:

• Maintaining Talent Acquisition spreadsheets for college recruiting, shipping, and current/termed intern tracking.

• Reviewing resumes and scheduling initial phone screens for the Sr. TA Advisor to support consistent and timely candidate evaluation.

• Assisting with intern onboarding logistics including lunch and learns, community service events, career fair registration, and scheduling check-ins.

• Coordinating end of internship presentations by booking rooms, arranging catering, and supporting event setup.

• Sending exit interview forms and helping maintain accurate documentation for program evaluation.

• Collaborating with TA team members to ensure a seamless and engaging intern experience.

Your Profile:

• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in General Business or a related Liberal Arts field.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and structured processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.

• Flexibility and comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.

• Curiosity about recruiting, HR, or talent development and a desire to grow in the field.

• Ability to follow a hybrid in office schedule, working part-time hours during Spring 2026 and full-time during Summer 2026.
