What You’ll Do
After training, you will be expected to work independently and complete a wide range of landscape installation tasks, including:
- Repairing and installing irrigation systems
- Installing landscape lighting
- Picking up, delivering, and installing plant material, from flats to 36-inch box trees
- Using landscape tools and equipment safely, including blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, and pole saws
- Driving company trucks and vans to jobsites and suppliers
- Evaluating jobsite conditions and helping carry out project plans
- Keeping tools, vehicles, and equipment clean and job-ready
- What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to drive for extended periods as needed
- Strong work ethic and able to work independently
- Willing to learn, follow systems, and keep improving
- Able to read in English and fully engage with training materials
- Comfortable with background checks and drug testing

Schedule
Typical work hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, though some days may start as early as 5:00 AM or extend later depending on weather and project needs.
