What You’ll Do
After training, you will help maintain residential properties by:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Planting and removing plant material as needed
- Performing light irrigation repairs once trained
- Operating mowers, edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and chain saws when trained
- Keeping equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and ready for use
- Driving company trucks and vans on local roads and freeways
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual

- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work throughout the day
- Able to work on flat, sloped, and uneven terrain
- Willing to read, study, and learn Yard Techs systems and standards
- Professional on client properties
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay
$25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and fit

Schedule
Full-time. Standard hours are typically 6:15 AM to 3:15 PM, though start times may be as early as 5:00 AM and end times may run as late as 6:00 PM depending on weather, season, and project needs. Open availability for full-time work is required.
