ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Serve in the lead role for all assigned client communication.
- Fully leverage our relationships to benefit the customer and Yard Solutions for maintenance and snow removal.
- Frequent and proactive communication with clients to build relationships.
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Complete weekly onsite audit reports.
- Sales:
- Propose enhancement sales to existing clientele by performing monthly walkthroughs.
- Achieve enhancement sales goal of 33% of your portfolio’s budget.
- Renew existing contracts to attain or exceed 95% retention.
- Cultivate relationships with assigned clients to create sales opportunities within their portfolio.
- Invoicing:
- Ensure that client's monthly invoice is accurate:
- Pricing
- Frequency
- Coordinate with administrations to ensure that receivables are current.
- Ensure that client's monthly invoice is accurate:
- Service Partners:
- Getting quotes and validating against the budget
- Schedule service partners
- Validate performance.
- Review billing for accuracy.
