Position Type and Hours of Work: This is a full time position. Days and hours of work: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
Are you interested in joining one of the nations largest landscape companies? We are currently looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) office coordinator for our Myrtle Beach location. This position is responsible for outstanding customer service to all visitors to the office, and those contacting the office by phone or email. Internally, this position provides vital support to our regional ( Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, & Charleston ) production and management teams.


Responsibilities

  • Assist office staff with daily administrative tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly, including outgoing phone calls and emails, billing, and other business-related research, maintaining manual files, making copies, etc…
  • Effectively manage ordering and distribution of office supplies for all regional locations.
  • Assist with uniform inventory, ordering and vendor relationships for all regional locations
  • Facilitate digital onboarding procedures for any new employees at branches you are supporting
  • Dailly monitoring of our vehicle GPS tracking system, indirect purchases, and all vendor receipts at branches you are supporting
  • Act as liaison between office and production managers, as needed
  • Support with regional billing and collections processes when needed
  • Submit Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests and distribute to appropriate internal and external recipients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation that demonstrates a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other programs to create email and other forms of communication to support the office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

COMPENSATION

  • This is an hourly position based on experience
  • After a 90 day probationary period you will be eligible for company benefits (medical, dental, vision), as well as PTO
