Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, watering, and pruning under the guidance of the Crew Leader.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Follow all company safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain turf areas, hardscapes, and planting beds to meet company and client standards.
• Report property issues, such as damaged trees or missing plants, to the supervisor promptly.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on equipment, such as checking fluid levels and blade conditions.
• Accurately record hours worked according to company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Travel to and from job sites in a company vehicle as part of the daily routine.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions efficiently.
• Proficient in using landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, squatting, walking for extended periods, and reaching overhead.
• Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Travel

Crew members will travel to and from job sites in a company vehicle daily.
