Duties

- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Engage in sales activities as needed, promoting products and services to existing customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
