YARBRO PLANTING INC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our agricultural team in Blytheville, AR. Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, tractors, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor crop conditions and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
- Perform soil preparation, fertilization, and irrigation tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities, storage areas, and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices on the job site
- Support general farm labor tasks as needed throughout the growing season
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farming, agriculture, or outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery is a plus
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons
