What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Operating Officer position at Yankton Medical Clinic?
Administration
Immediate opening for Chief Operating Officer. Full-time position Monday through Friday. Will function as a member of the administrative team. Will coordinate and evaluate day to day operations of several departments within the Clinic.
Prefer a minimum of five years’ experience in business management, accounting, finance. Must have a four-year degree in business administration, accounting, finance, healthcare, computer/information science; Master’s degree or advanced clinical degree is preferred. Experience with EPIC software and system also preferred, Must have very strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work effectively with staff, patients, public and external agencies. Demonstrate the highest level of discretion and professionalism regarding patients, employees, providers and Clinic matters. Ensures compliance with all applicable privacy laws, regulations and exercises sound judgment in the use pf protected information.
