Full-Time Warehouse/Production/Shipping Associate
Having grown every year over the past decade, Yankee Toy Box is, once again, seeking talented individuals to fill roles in its advancement. Presently, Yankee Toy Box is looking for the right person to fill a need for a permanent, full-time Warehouse Associate, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, at its facility in Milford, NH. The individual selected will enjoy a rewarding work environment where employees are treated like family. The Shipping Clerk will possess an excellent work ethic and willingly pitch in as part of a group to achieve defined goals. The successful individual is required to have prior warehouse experience and be familiar with picking & shipping standard procedures. The successful individual will be responsible, primarily, for receiving in product, processing and case packing new product, preparing and assisting with shipping orders to Amazon fulfillment centers, picking, packing, and shipping orders directly to end customers, as well as other various warehouse duties. The position requires strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, basic math and computer proficiency skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive & assist with incoming shipments
- Sort and process product: unbox, label, & case pack product
- Pick, pack, and ship customer packages
- Pick and ship replenishment orders to other warehouse locations
- Assist co-workers as needed and perform other warehouse duties, as directed
- Break down cardboard boxes and maintain a neat and orderly work environment
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures a plus
- Familiarity with ShipStation, Netsuite, and Amazon Seller Central a plus
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet daily goals
- Must have strong attention to detail and strive for accuracy
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work for 8 or more hours per day
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50#
- Must be comfortable in a high volume, faced-paced environment
- Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and its variants
Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 DOE.
