This team member will perform energy efficiency improvements in residential and commercial properties, including installing insulation, sealing air leaks, and implementing other weatherization measures identified through energy audits. Daily work includes using basic tools and equipment, following safety procedures, and documenting completed work according to company standards. The Weatherization Tech will interact with clients on-site, explain recommended measures, and support the energy auditing team by preparing work areas and assisting with follow-up evaluations. The role requires working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions and collaborating closely with other technicians and supervisors to meet project schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform hands-on weatherization tasks such as insulation installation, air sealing, and basic carpentry or building repairs.
- Comfort using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment commonly used in construction or energy efficiency work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members in a professional, respectful manner.
- Capability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated areas, and to lift moderate weights as required.
- Reliable transportation to the Rochester NH office and regional job sites; valid driver’s license preferred.
