Job Description
The essential function of this job is to greet the public within the store, offer them the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes, determine their needs, and set an appointment for an in-home demonstration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting the public and encouraging them to enter a sweepstakes drawing
- Capturing the customers information, determining the home improvement needs, and scheduling an appointment within 72 hours
- Provide appointment reminders for all set appointments, stressing the policies of home ownership attendance
- Represent Yankee Home Improvement at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
