High-Performing Automotive Service Advisor Wanted
Full-Time - No Weekends - Monday-Friday Only - A/C, Heat & Clean Office Space
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy, family-owned repair shop.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Write repair orders and build repair estimates
- Present and sell recommended repairs
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate parts with technicians and vendors
- Help maintain an organized front office
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Ability to independently build repair estimates and sell repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
