Marketing & Outreach AssistantAbout the RoleEcoWater of Southern California is looking for a motivated team member to support both marketing and basic warehouse and outreach activities. This role is great for high school and college students who want real-world experience in marketing, lead generation, and operations with a growing local company in the home services industry.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, events).Support social media management, including content creation, post scheduling, and basic engagement.Help coordinate local promotional events, community outreach, and canvassing in nearby neighborhoods to generate leads and appointments.Make outbound calls or follow up with interested customers to assist with appointment setting and lead qualification.Support warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, preparing marketing materials for events, and assisting with basic shipping and packing.Organize and maintain marketing materials, promotional assets, and collateral.Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy.Help track key marketing metrics and campaign performance (leads, engagement, attendance).Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to speak with residents and schedule appointments.QualificationsHigh school student, recent graduate, or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality for canvassing and customer interaction.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic understanding of social media platforms and interest in digital marketing.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both indoors (office/warehouse) and outdoors (events, canvassing).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.What We OfferHands-on experience in marketing, warehouse operations, canvassing, lead generation, and appointment setting.Flexible part-time schedul
