Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center, located in Craig, CO. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility. The role involves monitoring patients’ conditions, communicating changes promptly, and collaborating with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of care. CNAs will also maintain accurate patient records and contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals in their care.
