HHS Manager 1
Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for an HHS Manger 1 to lead our Supportive Housing and Recovery Services division. In this position you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, evaluating, and managing organizational efforts in the planning and implementation of program activities within the HHS housing portfolio. The Housing portfolio includes transitional, supportive, and supported housing for individuals with increased behavioral health needs. You will oversee contracts for Certified Recovery Mentors and other recovery support activities within the community and will consult with other public and private entities in the development of facilities and programs. Other duties you will be responsible for include preparing and implementing program budgets in conjunction with HHS Administration, providing training to department staff and other agencies, and assisting community agencies in preparing applications for local, state, and federal financing of programs and services. Additionally, you will be in charge of the hiring and evaluation of program staff, providing and supporting staff with clinical interventions as situationally and medically necessary to support housing needs You may be needed to assist the HHS Director or designee with oversight of budgets, accounts receivable, and computer applications.
THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION.
This position is eligible for remote/hybrid work with some on-site requirements.

The Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or advanced training in a related field.
- Five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision.
- Graduate-level coursework and training may be substituted for up to two years’ experience.
- Must have an NPI number or be able to obtain one upon employment.
- Behavioral Health Management positions must have or be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Any satisfactory combination of experience or training which ensures the ability to do the job will be considered.
- Will be subject to successful completion of a background check.
