Key Responsibilities:
Provide Quality Care: Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
Collaborative Care: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident wellness.
Monitor Resident Health: Assess conditions, document findings, and report any changes in status promptly.
Administer Medications and Treatments: Ensure safe and timely administration in compliance with facility protocols.
Advocate for Residents: Foster dignity, respect, and person-centered care in every interaction.
Ensure Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Team Support: Mentor CNAs and foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Florida
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent clinical and communication skills
A strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
