Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server in a restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon their arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for customer service, hospitality, and teamwork.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers, basic math skills for handling transactions, and knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
