As our Industrial Sales Manager, you’ll lead sales efforts across the West Coast, managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and driving growth in alignment with our company’s values and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales activities within your assigned territory and segment
- Foster strong, harmonious relationships with customers and brokers
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Report accurate market conditions and customer insights
- Track sales performance and ensure top-tier customer service
- Drive profitable growth in line with company policies and long-term strategy
- Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales (food industry preferred)
