Duties
- Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories by providing expert advice based on their needs and maintenance requirements
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, ordering, and replenishment to ensure product availability
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and understanding client needs
- Support diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting by providing technical guidance on parts compatibility and vehicle systems
- Collaborate with the service department to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of parts for repairs or maintenance
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of motorsports and marine parts, accessories, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Customer service excellence with a focus on relationship building, phone etiquette, and client communication
- Organizational skills for stocking, order fulfillment, inventory control, and maintaining an orderly work environment
