What You’ll Do
As our Production Scheduler, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production process—balancing customer demand with operational capacity and ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining production schedules that maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.

Collaborating with internal teams to align materials, inventory, and resources with delivery commitments.

Monitoring daily production results and adjusting schedules to respond to changes in materials, designs, or equipment.

Leveraging ERP and scheduling software to create master schedules and generate insightful reports.

Revising schedules when sales orders shift or constraints arise, ensuring minimal disruption.

Analyzing historical data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Reporting to leadership on orders, challenges, and production forecasts.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who brings both expertise and energy to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, administration, or related field (preferred).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Experience in the boating industry is a plus!

Knowledge of material management, inventory control, and vendor relations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
