Self-Motivated, knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Project, and PowerPoint.
SAP / PYMAC / Inventory Control knowledge desired.
Working knowledge of and experience in general plant operations.
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required
Two-year degree preferred or equivalent experience in a technical field required.
2 Years Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage RDC replenishment system, monitoring daily in/out movements and projected end-unit inventory shortfalls.
- Report routinely on end unit inventory findings and share progress for keeping end units at a healthy, agreed-upon level.
- Hold routine meetings with management to propose changes to production based on inventory monitoring.
- Work with Production Planning, Long Lead Time Parts Planning and Domestic Parts Planning to make strategic changes to production sequence to improve RDC inventory availability.
- Routinely check sales orders and communicate changes to previous orders to necessary YMMC staff.
- Strategically implement and monitor demand chain strategy to improve PSI process and sales demand versus wholesale.
- Establish and monitor common and unique strategic inventory level setting planning and maintenance supervision.
- Establish clear points of flexibility to change with cost association.
- Publish Key Performance Indicators month-end reports.
- Track individual model inventory compared to agreed-upon levels vs. Retail.
- Support budget activity by developing assembly capacity charts and negotiating production mix.
- Utilize the PYMAC capacity planning module.
- Support integration of new Manufacturing Execution System using the capacity planning module.
- Responsible for the timely completion and publication of department reports. Includes but not limited to: month-end reports, (MBO), budgeting, volume analysis and all standardized work for the department.
- Develop and maintain all Excel related files that support the daily operation of (PS), as well as other divisions and departments, as needed.
- Lead executive budget level decision meetings. Cross-functionally lead activities necessary to assess potential production or capacity impacts associated with volumes received from Sales. Including, but not limited to (MTP) Mid-term plan and (AP) Annual Plan budgeting periods.
- Maintain, adjust and develop (CPV) Capacity Visualization files and presentations for each work center listed in the PYMAC (CP) module based on business conditions.
- Assist Make vs. Buy related decisions by providing capacity visualization to affected work centers.
