Provide assistance to dealers and/or retail customers as it pertains to technical, structural and operational issues, of their boat and/or trailer.

Position Summary
Provide assistance to dealers and/or retail customers as it pertains to technical, structural and operational issues, of their boat and/or trailer.
Essential Functions
- Assist dealers and retail customers with technical help as required
- Analyze warranty data to generate appropriate reports
- Coordinate repairs at satellite FRP shops
- Coordinate the return and repair of warranty boats at the factory
- Review and approve/disapprove warranty repair estimates
- Provide dealers with on-site training in the operation of Skeeter boat components
- Assist dealers at fishing tournaments and boat shows
- Research components within QAD for parts orders
- Contact all boat owners who return negative "CSI Survey's" and provide resolutions to their problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Some basic knowledge of the structure and operation of components on bass boats
