Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
· Assisting and performing with loading, unloading, receiving, delivery, picking, replenishment, put away, shipping, material handling, and staging of materials and products.
· Operate pallet jack, reach truck, sit down forklift, order picker, turret truck, pallet jack, scissor lift, and tugger cart.
· Support and conduct inventory activities including cycle counting, auditing, and stock verification.
· Conduct all inventory transactions to support warehouse operations in QAD.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
· Provide cross- department and support for staff shortages or as directed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Group Lead or Warehouse Supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience / Skills Required
· Minimum 3 years warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
· Certification on pallet jacks, reach truck, sit down forklift, order picker, turret truck, pallet jack, scissor lift, and tugger cart required.
· Strong adaptability and willingness to assist in various tasks.
· Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
· Basic math and reading skills.
· Understanding of SOP’s and safety standards.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Position operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
- Work involves walking, standing, sitting, reaching, lifting, etc.
- PPE required in accordance with YJBM safety policies.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions.
- Able to work irregular or extended hours as needed.
Pay: $24.98 per hour
