Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide prompt service
• Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit, and third-party payment systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
• Monitor order pick-up area and ensure guests receive complete and accurate orders
• Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and escalate when necessary to the shift lead or manager
• Maintain pantry/snack/refrigerator/freezer retail spaces and restock items as needed
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is a plus
• Strong math skills and basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication and complaint resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support other roles when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Repetitive hand and arm motions; occasional bending and reaching
• Use of cleaning products and handling of food and beverages
