The Demo Technician is a vital member of our sales and marketing team, serving as a direct extension of the PXG store and mobile fitting team within their assigned market. This role focuses on delivering a club-in-hand experience for golfers of all skill levels, in a variety of environments, while building strong connections to the PXG brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent, promote, and protect the PXG brand at all activations, including fitting days, preview events, and educational sessions.
- Deliver hands-on product experiences at golf facilities, ensuring golfers experience PXG’s performance and innovation firsthand.
- Generate and share qualified sales leads with the sales team for timely follow-up and conversion.
- Communicate product updates, support new product launches, and deliver educational programs to accounts and consumers.
- Proactively resolve challenges, ensuring seamless execution and strong customer/account satisfaction.
- Understand customer and account needs to strengthen brand recognition and drive incremental sales.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge across the PXG portfolio.
- Manage and contribute to local market social media presence.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for golf and deep familiarity with the game.
- Previous experience in the golf industry (golf course operations, retail, or simulator environment).
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
- $200/per event mileage (paid training)
- Start Date: November 1st start date training at store for 5 days

Work Environment:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as applicable
- Must possess a valid US driver license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs
Working Conditions:
This position works both in an office and golf course/club environment. Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, and stand for multiple hours each day. This position will require extensive traveling
