What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiologic Technologist position at Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home?
POSITION SUMMARY
Utilizes radiologic equipment with proper techniques and procedures to obtain appropriate radiological images as directed by the physician.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Instructs patients appropriately on radiological procedure
- Maintains images in our electronic system
- Maintains and cleans examination rooms and equipment
- Maintains equipment registrations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Completion of an accredited post secondary training program in radiology.
Experience: One year of applicable experience is preferred. CT experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.
Certifications & Licenses: ARRT certification and MS department of health certification in Mississippi required and must be maintained.
Work Location: In person
Salary : $60,976 - $84,210
