Postdoc Position in Synapse Biology
The Biederer lab is inviting applications from highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellows to join our team, see https://biederer.org/. Our group analyzes synapse development and synaptic vulnerability in disease. We perform studies in cultured neurons and mouse models and couple molecular thinking with functional approaches to gain mechanistic insights. The Postdoctoral Fellow will conduct advanced research on synapse development and disease vulnerability, leading a project in a collaborative laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in neuroscience, cell biology, or a related field.
- Strong laboratory skills in synapse biology or related neuroscience.
- Track record of productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and research integrity.
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills.
