What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Canvasser/Researcher – Condominium Publication (Seasonal Project) position at Yale Robbins Publications?
We are a specialized publisher seeking enthusiastic professional and reliable Field Canvassers for a multi-month research project focused on the Greater Philadelphia condominium and HOA market. This is a strictly non-sales, non-political role. You will act as the face of our publishing firm, visiting condominium and HOA complexes to hand out our publication and gather accurate building contact data. Work in both the city of Philadelphia and the suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Distribution: Drop off our new newspaper to management officials and board members at specified properties.
- Field Data Collection: Visit assigned properties to obtain property-related contacts.
- Lead Generation: Obtain updated contact information of key property decision-makers.
- Reporting & Communication: Accurately report your daily field activity and collected data to the project manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to various property sites across the region.
- Self-motivated and responsible individuals who can achieve daily geographic targets
- Previous experience in canvassing, real estate, customer service, or field market research is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
